Learning the Roles of the 3 Selves
As I have shared earlier "The Inner Alchemist Technologies" are founded on the existence of the 3 Selves. The High Self, The Conscious Mind, and The Subconscious Mind or Inner Child. Under "free stuff" is a chart that took almost 5 years to put together from studying the works of Max Freedom Long. Feel free to download it if this is something that resonates with you or that you would like to study further.
The 3 Selves are instrumental in manifesting your dreams or desires. When they are in communion our ability to manifest is easy (I call it being hooked up). When there is a block, a cluster of information is embedded in their line of communication, the energy gets convoluted and there is no manifestation. Sometimes blocks are simply timing issues. Everything speeds up when this line of communication is nurtured and opened. Sometimes these blocks are referred to as thought form clusters.
For me consistent and sustained change became attainable with greater regularity, and at least was identifying a place within me that was asking for love, trust and communion.
The next challenge was coming up with the one biggest glitch or pattern in my life.
The subconscious processes 11,000,000 bits of information per second. Records it all too! Unless you pick a focus you could be processing things for eternity and never catch up. The subconscious is a little tricky and because it was designed to help us survive, unless re-educated, can keep us in an unconscious loop of struggle and survival. It can be very exhausting. By naming this part of ourselves the Inner Child, we can set up a relationship with great love and understanding. Fostering co-operation of one of our greatest resources. Our subconscious, or Inner Child, houses all our feelings, runs our bodies and makes all our choices. By the time we are conscious of something it has already been made by a half of second. Ponder this. This is a paradigm shift.
There is an amazing book called "User Illusion" which is one of my bibles for this work. It is a bit technical and scientific, and one of the most liberating books I have ever read.
So here is one of his most amazing distinctions. For over 2,000 years we have been taught to dominate our subconscious, by
our conscious minds because it is messy, powerful, and unpredictable. From here, going with the flow of our feelings is dangerous. This is where our selective permission levels are birthed. Only think the positive and beautiful. All else is censored and stuffed. But guess what folks, unless your feel your feelings, even the unsavory ones, what you resist persists and becomes trapped energy in your body, in your 3 bodies.
There is an art to this, there is a way of being that allows for massive transformation and healing.
Now remember the Subconscious processes 11,000,000 bits of information per second and has more wisdom and knowledge than all the libraries in the world combined stored in our RNA and DNA. It has all our feelings, and is the doorway to one of the greatest resources in life.
The Conscious mind, which has been touted for 2 thousand years as being the way to our evolved greatest expression, is only capable of processing 16 bits of information. 11,000,000 versus 16. It is a mere tin god.
Through the years working with others and in my own healing I have found there is a huge resistance to touch and feel our deeper feelings, especially the darker and more unsavory ones. The missing piece for me was understanding the difference between touching my feelings and running like hell or being fully present to my feelings and learn how to not judge them, walk into them and allowing them to transform within moments. My personal history has required me to develop a nimbleness in coming face to face with the darker side of humanity, my humanity, and I have made every mistake imaginable and then some.
I found my patterns would not let go because of a lack of trust between my mind and heart, and I have found most everyone deals with a break here in one form or another. My healing journey has taken me to deeper and more intense moments in my history, and welcoming all feelings is becoming easier and easier, with less and less judgment. That equals very rapid transformation.
Understanding the 3 selves and their job descriptions are crucial to emotional fitness.
“If you want to learn anything, learn trust. Nothing else is needed. If you are miserable nothing else will help – learn trust. If you don’t feel any meaning in life and you feel meaninglessness, nothing will help – learn trust. Trust gives meaning because trust makes you capable of allowing the whole to descend upon you.” OSHO
A Call to Action
If we look at our world as being an out-picturing of our inner worlds, it is screaming for change.
“The culture and civilization of consciousness has celebrated huge triumphs, but it also creates huge problems. Trust that we dare to take our own experience seriously is the way to daring to experience what is, even if it is unpleasant. The question is whether there must be a change in the way we live; in the values we set for what it means to be human and to live a good life; a reassessment of the role of consciousness in our existence
We must have the courage to say naïve things; do naïve things, persistently and amicably over the decades, simply because we believe they are right and feel they are right and are conscious that they are right. We can do no more than that. We must take our own lives seriously, and thereby everybody else’s. We must have the courage to believe that life is greater than we know. Doing what one feels is right, right there on the spot-and of changing if necessary. It is an acceptance that the most important thing one can do is to do something; to act and change in a way that is good as far as one can tell, even if it seems naïve. Change is an acceptance of naïveté, not an acceptance of passiveness.” User Illusion by Thor Norreanders (a highly recommended book)
The journey of the Inner Alchemist is his inner transformation, the conversion of the base metal of his outer character into the golden properties of his Higher Self. It is all about the evolution of his consciousness.
We have been taught for many centuries to dominate our subconscious. It is time to connect and befriend that part of ourselves to harness our genius and massive ability to problem solve.
Understand why the change has been difficult and what you
can do about it.
The block stopping your positive change is formed by “clusters of information" made when a positive experience gets entangled with a negative or painful experience.
So, when you want to create "that something positive" it triggers the memory of the negative event. your subconscious instantly blocks your outcome bringing everything to a halt. The “resistance” or block happens because your desire or outcome is perceived as a source of pain, and possible danger.
Find the hidden conversation causing your block or glitch.
By discovering this conversation, you are able to create Powerful and sustainable change in your life by doing "the philosopher's stone" session.
The Inner Alchemist is a portal to proven techniques and probing inquiries into the relationship between the 3 selves (High Self,Mind and Subconscious) and their roles in manifesting our dreams and our repeating patterns and blocks.
The Inner Alchemist, is a vast resource within each of us. It has access to more information than all the libraries in the world combined and is stored within our subconscious, RNA and DNA.
Inner Alchemy is the journey we take in remembering our purpose . It is the space to ignite our passion and clear the way to live our dreams. It is the relationship to our inner knowing and guide, where we can hear inspired guidance.
For two thousand years we have been taught to suppress and dominate our subconscious. We are instilled with fear in approaching and connecting with that part of ourselves. It is home to all our emotions, good and bad, it is powerful messy an unpredictable, and it is the doorway to our gifts and the ability to hear Source. We have been trained to deny, suppress, and oppress our negative feelings which causes us to disconnect from this amazing resource. We pride ourselves in being more conscious and somehow from there We are spared to look at our humanness.
We think we are somehow more in control. and in reality this approach causes us to separate from our subconscious/inner child.
It is important we get to know this aspect of ourselves and befriend it. Learn it's role and job description in relationship to manifestation.
The greatest challenge we face as humans is embracing our humanity, learning how to love our feelings, and trusting they will lead us to our greater expression .
My last 35 years has been invested in finding ways that allowed me to heal the death and destruction during my childhood. To do so, meant that I had to go against the ways of the "world" and reconnect to my inner "world".
I have lived the last 16 years in the woods of the magnificent mountains of Western North Carolina. I have had an extraordinary lil cabin in the woods where I could rest and heal my innermost wounds. I had to do this by myself for the most part. The most magnificent journey. I feel truly blessed I still have so very much to learn.
After many year's working on myself and others, I was reminded what a terrifying experience it is for most of us to let go and feel our feelings, the shadowy ones, the darker ones and get present to them.
They actually are stored memories which have become trapped energy until we learned how to be present to them, allowing them to transform, within moments.
I felt prompted to put together a class that would be inspiring, courage making and trust building to our feeling body or subconscious/inner child.
The class is called "Awakening the Inner Alchemist".
