When I look into the world, I see most teachers regurgitating the same old things; ” Just get over it, think only positive things, only speak in positive ways, negative thoughts will sabotage your dreams, shut them off!”
Over the las 35 years, as well as being extremely committed to my own healing, I can passionately say, that alone will not get you to the finishing line. There is truth there, however if you have a hidden block or have it wired in in your subconscious let’s say “money is the root of all evil”, and you cannot see it, you can do affirmations all day long and it will not change.
Many of us light workers came in this lifetime to carve new pathways into the consciousness of mankind, and we are missing some vital information when understood, vastly alters our results.
The Subconscious mind runs our bodies, records everything, is home to all our feelings (good and bad), has more wisdom and knowledge than all the libraries in the world AND MAKES ALL OUR CHOICES. It has been measured, scientifically, that by the time we are conscious of something it is already in the past by ½ a second. For 2,000 years we have been dominating our subconscious out of fear of it being unpredictable, messy and powerful, and have become disconnected. By establishing relationship and embracing our feelings, we can lift our frequency, and have greater ease in manifesting.
By resisting our uncomfortable or “negative feelings, we plug up a natural flow of transformation and they become trapped energy in our bodies. We are stuffing them not transforming them. As we resist them, we give them greater mass, form and energy and these trapped energies can begin erode at our ability to stay in balance as well as creating more numbness and self-doubt. More often than not we begin to filter our experiences through the lens of what am I doing wrong, which in turn deeply affects our confidence and self-trust. There is a great need in the world today to learn how to be with all our feelings so we can connect 3 selves and unify our being or our inner team.
Learning how to be with our feelings from a place of inner relationship opens the door to transformation, self-love, and compassion which we can give to others, lift our frequency and heal our world.
For me when I set up feeling things I might have fear to face or feel, I always call in my High Self, and the High Selves of the earth, the elements, the enlightened beings, etc., etc. This has greatly increased my ability to heal and build self-trust. Knowing the High Self has within it the blueprint to lift the consciousness of the low self, and the conscious self is like receiving a lifeline. It is also a place where the conscious mind becomes fearful if you have not established relationship with your inner child. This is one of the many great surrenders we must learn as humans, and it is so much easier with awareness, and sustained change is one of the outcomes.
Other things you can do to manage your self-talk and lack of inner trust is to go for a walk in nature for at least 25 minutes, exercise, anything creative, or music to name a few. Then begin to welcome your feelings up, as if you are smelling a rose, releasing the trapped energy and witness these feelings transform in moments.
I will share more tools next week….
Over 35 years I have gathered some amazing tools, which by themselves sometimes had a hit or miss success rate and when combined have been measurably successful with breakthroughs, new confidence and trust, and an inner knowing of what direction to take, and best of all, trusting all is good. The doorway to thrival has cracked open. What an interesting journey.
As I have shared before, what has created success in healing my inter generational trauma of violence and abuse, has been understanding the 3 selves, their distinctions and roles in our ability to manifest, pray and evolve. If you are interested, there is a chart in the Free Stuff section of this website that took me 5 years to make. It is extremely useful in exploring these roles.
It is so very important to make friends with your inner child, and the visualizations I shared last week are wonderful.
The greatest sports and theatrical coaches have all used repetition and a shift in approach to build enough trust where the mind would let go and surrender to our subconscious or inner child. We are vast beyond measure with the ability to heal and problem solve. Some ways of building inner trust is through meditation, music, Ghandi spun wool, crochet, crafts, art, ceremony, walking for at least 25 minutes will quiet all self talk, sex, games, puzzles, creativity of any kind, practice, practice, practice until there is enough trust to surrender to our inner child. It is profound. I can tell you the mental body or consciousness does not like the act of surrender and most of us have it hot wired it is not safe to surrender. It is all about teaching the conscious mind to let go. One of my greatest teachers said that we are caught in the iron grip of the mental body. The conscious mind is most fearful of our feelings and that which it cannot control.
The world is weary of all the broken promises, all the nice packaging and book learned methods. They are sorely lacking in the substance needed to get to the next level. It is time to explore where we are been off target and become the terrain, learning, making mistakes and embodying what works.
Now remember the inner child processes 11,000,000 bits of information per second and has no discernment, and the conscious mind processes 16 bits of information per second. With all our amazing technology we have nurtured this false sense of being a "god" because of processing such vast amounts of information through technology. Our inner children are becoming bored. Remember our sublime ability to create and access vast reservoirs of wisdom are in our inner children or subconscious minds. The great coaches I referenced earlier repeated exercises until there was enough trust to surrender to the sublime which is where all the greatest athletes, musicians, actors, artists, performers experience their genius. We all have this, we all have our unique expression to give our world. Our current approach is off target, by a 1/2 second, in the other direction.Remember it has been measured, by the time we are conscious of something, the choice has already been made, 1/2 a second ago by the subconscious.
Another important component is asking the inner child to help with your healing and remembering the inner child houses our intuition, gathers energy through our feelings and is where we hear Divinity. One of the most liberating concepts I explore daily is knowing the High Self was once a conscious mind, which was once an inner child or subconscious mind. Your High Self has the blueprint of transformation to your healed state. Wow how liberating. Also the High Self must be invoked.
It does require that ability to surrender so I continually focus on building inner trust. It comes easier if you have built a relationship with your inner child, which becomes the bridge to surrender, with discernment, your dominating consciousness.
So as I have shared before, our subconscious/inner child, is in charge of all our physical functions, makes all our choices, houses all our feelings, has no discernment, is messy powerful and unpredictable, and is the doorway to our inner genius; our capacity to process vast amounts of information.
Let's suppose part of our job description being human is marrying our low self with our High Self, or our subconscious with our super conscious. It makes sense we must understand the terrain or nature of what we are trying to bridge.Yet the majority of us continue to try to dominate the subconscious/inner child by attempting to dominate that part of ourselves. I was working with a client recently who received a serious diagnosis. We talked about an old trauma and I suggested she approach this physical condition as being trapped energy, or a cluster of information, and to continue on with her treatment of choice. She found an early trauma of violation that reflected where her disease process had anchored in. Days passed, and she suddenly was flooded with fear and called me. I supported her to journey with her fear and be present to it, and notice how she instantly wanted to fix it and run from it as if it was something bad and wrong. that is how we are taught, and when we filter our feelings through judgement, that they are bad or wrong, we actually lock up an extraordinary and natural process of transformation. This is simple, and not always easy. Trust me, I have been learning this for 35 years. With a 16 year memory loss, retrieving those memories have sometimes been terrifying.I would have given anything to have learned this early on. It does take practice to build trust, and there are some simple exercises you can do to enhance and speed up this process which I will share later.
One of my teachers said for every trauma or moment of emotional charge you must have an equal and proportionate discharge, or it lodges in the body. It becomes trapped energy. This was a life changer for me and one of the reasons I have remained in the woods for the last 16 years. I have been learning how to discharge trauma that was extreme and dark, and passed on for generations. I guess you would say I have been learning how to heal inter generational trauma. What I mean by that is patterns of brokenness that have repeated for generations. I believe I chose this lifetime and this family to heal this for myself and my lineage, and my prayer is my journey somehow supports others.
My work is founded on the belief we embody three selves or 3 levels of consciousness. The High Self, the conscious self/mind and the subconscious self or inner child. Understanding their roles in our evolution and our ability to manifest have allowed me to heal things that were seemingly impossible.
For me making my subconscious my Inner Child allows me to establish relationship quickly, and learn how to love that part of myself and begin to establish a deep communion. I am going to include a guided meditation to meet you inner child, and also a recommendation from You Tube.
This is a great place to begin nurturing inner trust, and to illicit the help of an aspect of you that is the greatest problem solver in the world when retrained.
I always begin this journey with invoking the help of Creator, my ancestors, the Enlightened masters, the earth and all her worlds. I do this because I need all the help I can get, and I have learned through the years, all I have to do is ask. If I endeavor to do this from my will it is much harder and takes a very long time.
Below is the most profound Inner Child Meditation ever. My guided meditation is below, or in the Free Stuff Section of this site.Try doing one of these everyday for the next week and notice the changes.
One of the things coming to the forefront of my awareness these days is our innate fear of our feelings. Sure, we all have it easy in feeling our positive and more lofty feelings. We feel we are doing right, being a good person.
Have you ever noticed when you feel fear, sadness or any feeling that it is less than positive, we instantly feel we are doing something wrong or we want to fix it. I was always curious about that. I have invested decades in learning how to be with my feelings, all of them.
The magic of learning how to be with your feelings without judgement, just being present and welcoming them up, allows them to transform very quickly. Feeling them, and not judging them allows them to surface so you can actually free up tons of energy that has been held inside you by your fear of doing something bad or wrong.
Notice how all our doctrine and hierarchical relationships reinforce this belief. We must be good and positive, turn the other cheek or just get over it. That part of ourselves that is darker must be stopped at all costs. Locked away, cut out or confined. This is reflected throughout our world, and for me is expressed clearly in how we deal with anything different than us, racially, wild animals in zoos, wars etc. We have been trained in this approach for 2,000 years. (for more study read "User Illusion" by tor Norreanders)
If this approach (of domination) is the way, how come our world looks the way it does?
Through the last few decades I have learned some really wonderful techniques that support feeling these feelings with the intention of elevating them. If our instinctual self or low self has all our feelings, good and bad, and also accesses the greatest computer in the world, which holds our intergenerational wisdom it would make sense to understand that part of ourselves. It makes sense to build a bridge, in order to transform. Denial and oppression will not retrain our feelings. Covering them up with pretty words and affirmations does not transform them. My experience is you must feel them or they remained trapped in our physical bodies. That is what disease is, just trapped feelings and memories.
By establishing relationship with our inner child or instinctual self, we can elevate the part of ourselves that runs our bodies, makes all our choices and processes 11,000,000 bits of information per second. The doorway to our genius..
