When I look into the world, I see most teachers regurgitating the same old things; ” Just get over it, think only positive things, only speak in positive ways, negative thoughts will sabotage your dreams, shut them off!”
Over the las 35 years, as well as being extremely committed to my own healing, I can passionately say, that alone will not get you to the finishing line. There is truth there, however if you have a hidden block or have it wired in in your subconscious let’s say “money is the root of all evil”, and you cannot see it, you can do affirmations all day long and it will not change.
Many of us light workers came in this lifetime to carve new pathways into the consciousness of mankind, and we are missing some vital information when understood, vastly alters our results.
The Subconscious mind runs our bodies, records everything, is home to all our feelings (good and bad), has more wisdom and knowledge than all the libraries in the world AND MAKES ALL OUR CHOICES. It has been measured, scientifically, that by the time we are conscious of something it is already in the past by ½ a second. For 2,000 years we have been dominating our subconscious out of fear of it being unpredictable, messy and powerful, and have become disconnected. By establishing relationship and embracing our feelings, we can lift our frequency, and have greater ease in manifesting.
By resisting our uncomfortable or “negative feelings, we plug up a natural flow of transformation and they become trapped energy in our bodies. We are stuffing them not transforming them. As we resist them, we give them greater mass, form and energy and these trapped energies can begin erode at our ability to stay in balance as well as creating more numbness and self-doubt. More often than not we begin to filter our experiences through the lens of what am I doing wrong, which in turn deeply affects our confidence and self-trust. There is a great need in the world today to learn how to be with all our feelings so we can connect 3 selves and unify our being or our inner team.
Learning how to be with our feelings from a place of inner relationship opens the door to transformation, self-love, and compassion which we can give to others, lift our frequency and heal our world.
For me when I set up feeling things I might have fear to face or feel, I always call in my High Self, and the High Selves of the earth, the elements, the enlightened beings, etc., etc. This has greatly increased my ability to heal and build self-trust. Knowing the High Self has within it the blueprint to lift the consciousness of the low self, and the conscious self is like receiving a lifeline. It is also a place where the conscious mind becomes fearful if you have not established relationship with your inner child. This is one of the many great surrenders we must learn as humans, and it is so much easier with awareness, and sustained change is one of the outcomes.
Other things you can do to manage your self-talk and lack of inner trust is to go for a walk in nature for at least 25 minutes, exercise, anything creative, or music to name a few. Then begin to welcome your feelings up, as if you are smelling a rose, releasing the trapped energy and witness these feelings transform in moments.
